My sons and I had a wonderful two weeks in southern California visiting my folks and my Uncle and Aunt. It was a scorcher! We came back brown and toasty from going to the beach one weekend and swimming at the pool almost daily. My sons had a wonderful time improving their swimming skills - my oldest can now do a somersault and handstand in the water - and he is very proud of himself! My husband managed not to starve thanks to friends and the 'bachelor' food I bought him before leaving. I've never bought so many packaged Marie Callendar foods in my life! There was someone who appeared to be a bachelor ahead of me in the grocery line and I made him look like a great cook with how many prepackaged meals I bought comparatively. My son asked me what a "TV dinner" was - dating myself I guess. =) Lots to catch up on, but I'll stop in on all my blog buddies soon. Hope you are all doing well!

They live west of Palm Springs in Banning. A LOT cooler as it is in the hills.
My in laws have a home in Palm Springs for the winter. I LOVE it down there!
What are you supposed to call tv dinners these days, iPod fuel- ups? :)
