Alleged Ex-Nazi Einsatzgruppe in the Seattle Area

From the Seattle Post-Intelligencer:
"The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking to revoke the citizenship of an 86-year-old Bellevue man and former restaurant host who, investigators say, worked with a Nazi mobile killing unit that murdered thousands of Jews, Gypsies and political dissidents during World War II."

The discussion around this seems to be either that we must prosecute and go after war criminals no matter what to why are we going after someone who is 86 years old when they appear to have lived a good life since then. Me, I think there is no statute of limitations on certain actions, no matter your age. I do wonder though why we don't go after more recent war criminals with as much zeal. The Sudanese government in collaboration with the Chinese government, the UN bureacracy of resolutions, and our limp US talk aren't stopping the genocide we have today. Never again, my arse.
