I find our property taxes to be offensive. We paid a little over $14,000.00 this year.
Wow. We pay around 9. I actually don't mind paying my property taxes as much of it goes to the schools. However, I do have issue with the algorithm King County uses to assess house values. Some homes that should have higher ones have less and vice versa. Makes no sense to me.
