Some of the things engineers make just amaze me! Someone sent me a link recently to 4 robots Boston Dynamics are working on. Bow wow wow! You must watch the video for Big Dog at least.
My Dad is an automotive engineer though he spent most of his life working for the Army Corps of Engineers in a non-engineering role. He did design some features for some cars from the 60s. I married a rockin' software engineer. His youngest brother is starting school in the fall majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
