Squirrelman built a treehouse on Seattle public land. After living there for 2 years and expanding his abode with the assistance of some neighbors, the city is evicting him.
UPDATE 4/9:
The city gave him an extra week before he needs to move out of the tree. Someone donated a running RV to him. Now where to put the RV...

So I looked at 'Dinner in the Sky' and then this...beautiful,painful, tragic irony here...
I wish I owned land that needed care-taking. I'd let Squirrel squat...perhaps he'll find a patron.
I've been watching the articles and no one has offered their land.
I think the city did the right thing. If he fell from his treehouse he would sue the city or something.
I don't know the law, perhaps that is a possibility.
